Thessaloniki Chamber of Commerce & Industry

The Thessaloniki Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TCCI) was established in 1918. The TCCI, being a Public Law legal entity, is the second largest Chamber in Greece, with 22,000 member companies.

Since its establishment, the TCCI has shown a great interest in issues that concern the business community and are related to the development of Thessaloniki, as well as the wider area of Northern Greece. Important projects and actions have been implemented with the Chamber’s contribution, including the Thessaloniki International Fair, the modernization of Thessaloniki Port and the Free Zone as well as the founding of the Graduate School of Industrial Studies.

Today, the Chamber, participates actively in many corporate associations, as well as in official state delegations. It subsidizes the participation of its members in international exhibitions and also implements European projects, aiming at entrepreneurship support and promotion. TCCI also organizes conferences, training seminars and business delegations. It offers support to enterprises on a daily basis, providing its members with advisory services and information regarding tenders, legislation, taxation etc. The Chamber communicates with its members through its website, electronic newsletters and it issues a four monthly bulletin. Moreover, the TCCI hosts, in its premises, the Private Sector Liaison Office to the World Bank in Greece.
